• In case of a cancellation up to 4 months prior to arrival guests may cancel their booking without any cancellation fee.
• In case of a cancellation up to 2 months prior to arrival a cancellation fee of 50 % of the total rent has to be paid.
• In case of a cancellation up to 1 month prior to arrival a cancellation fee of 90 % of the total rent has to be paid.
• In case of a cancellation later than 1 month prior to arrival 100 % of the total rent has to be paid.
